Day-of coordination includes pre-planning meetings, vendor communications, day-of timeline, day-of event support, and more.
Basic planning includes weekly meetings, pre-planning, venue and vendor coordination, permitting/licensing, marketing plan, script assistance, day of timeline, day of event, post event game plan, and more.
Full-service planning includes the items included in the Basic Planning package and auction coordination, guest communication assistance, check out & gift processing, and more.
